3 years of experience at an advertising agency, design studio or in-house creative team.BA in Digital Design (preferred) or Graphic Design.Maintains and enforces a consistent brand look and feel across all forms of media.Further explores and/or revise designs per creative lead's direction.Presents work to the senior creative team members.Gives and receives feedback in a respectful manner.Manages multiple projects simultaneously.Designs mood boards, logo explorations and signages.Ensures the design and all assets are delivered to specifications on time, on brief, on budget and with established brand standards.Attend project kick-off meetings with Marcomm leaders and project managers.Designs brand identity systems, campaigns, local and regional events and more.Designs assets and layouts for all digital media forms, such as social media, digital videos, web homepages, banners and print materials, such as posters, flyers, invitations, signages, stands, etc.
